Unable to activate my trial

Hello,
I have just downloaded SierraChart and attempted to activate my free trial, but when I try to send an SMS to my phone it says {"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to Sierra Chart account using different SMS numbers. Further tries not allowed."} but I have not received any message containing an activation code, and i have checked several times to confirm I have inputted the correct phone number + country code. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
