Unable to create TPO chart

I need help. I was able to change my charts for the YM from U23 to Z23 But I can't switch my ES and NQ from U23 to Z23. Right now I see MNQU23 on the chart When I type MNQZ23 on the chart I get an error "symbol settings not found for current service" Thanks for your time! -Kevin |

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to "Teton CME Order Routing". If this is correct then the symbol needs to be entered as "MNQZ23_FUT_CME". Also, have you tried selecting "Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover" and selecting the next contract through the window that comes up? I'm unable to create a TPO chart. Do I need to pay extra for that? The error says "Service Package does not support this function or the account is expired" Thanks! -Kevin |

In order to have access to the TPO (along with a few other features), you need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages. Right now you are on the "Base Standard" package which does not have support for the TPO. We do see that your account has been setup to Evaluate Package 12 through January 6, 2024. Therefore, you now have the ability to use the TPOs and the other features of this package. Note that this is an "Evaluation" and not a trial, therefore you have to continue to have a paid package in order to have the use of Package 12.
