Hi, On the ES chart at ever "Session Start Time" a large bar is displayed with missing data. It doesn't matter what the "Session Start Time" is set to, it has the same issue. I attached to screen image with different "Session Start Time" and you will see it. I Edit/Download Data - Intra Day, and undated SC to current release with no difference. Regards, |

You have a Continuous Futures Contract and you are viewing the Z contract. The rollover rule for the ES in the Symbol Settings is "1 calendar day before the 3rd Friday of the contract month." This would mean this coming Thursday (September 14, 2023). As such, the data you are viewing for the current day is from the Z contract, but the previous data is from the previous (U) contract. And since you are not using a Back-Adjusted Continuous Futures Contract option, you get the gap. You must also have the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Gap Fill" set to one of the Fill options (i.e. not None).
