Does one need a broker with Sierra or can I just get the Denali Sierra data as I currently have a broker that I'm using (that is not on the list).

It depends on what you want to do. The only reason a broker is required is if you want to get real-time data for the CME Group from us. The CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. You then need to connect to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the information at the following link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Otherwise, if you are OK with the delayed streaming data for the CME Group, or if you need real-time data for another exchange (EUREX, U.S. Equities, or CFE) then you do not need a brokerage account. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
