Hello,

in my DOM, I have the letter M that appears on the side of the name of the index. Could you please tell me what it is and how to remove it?

Thanks in advance.

The [M] means that you are getting the data for that symbol from our data feed.

It can not be removed.

Refer to the following:

Hello,

thank you for your reply. However, when I open a DOM from a graph. The DOm (BID/ASK) data are not the same. On the other hand if I open it from the menu "OPEN TRADING DOM" and looking for the same symbol the data is the same.

Why such a difference?

Thank you;

You have the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" set for both of these charts. For each of them, you need to check the setting for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" and see if this is set the same for both of these.

We are guessing that it is not set the same, in which case the chart that has that option set to "No" is showing the Market Depth data for the symbol set as the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and the other one is showing the Market Depth for the primary symbol. Refer to the information here:
Chart Settings: Use as Trade Only Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
