One of the things to keep in mind is that you are only setup to get real-time data for the CME exchange (not the entire CME Group, just the CME Exchange). If you are looking at a chart for a symbol from another CME Group exchange, then you will not get the Market Depth data. What is the symbol of that the chart you showed?
