Hi, Sierra Chart. I was met a heavily data lantency issue in 2023-9-6. I use TopStep rithmic. The chart price is frozen. And I need you to help me together find out the underlying cause? Attachment is my record video and quote borad screenshot. |

You are using data from Rithmic, so you really need to check with them as to why you would be having any issues. If I use Denali data source, will I never met this situation? Or will my data feed will be more solid? I'm in China.

I just want to fix this situation. My chart often frozen like this when I use Rithmic data provided by prop firms. If I use Denali data feed, will I contiue to trade with prop firm and my data will be more realiable? That's what I want to achieve, hope I make it clear. |
