URGENT: Control Bar - Custom Text Drawings - Major issue when placing text.

Dear Support Control Bar - Custom Text Drawings have all the font settings however when I place the text it does not reference those settings. When I open the config settings/properties for the placed text "select font" is empty and no settings are displayed which results is extremely large text being placed instead of the defined settings.
