I opened an account last week but I am unable to get data on ES chart for 5 minutes I had a trial and it was al fine till I got a live account what is the symbol for my current package. I would like to have access to E mini S&P 500 what do I need.

Right now you can only get historical data for futures markets if you do not have a trading account, unless you spend a significant amount more for real-time data.
