DOM missing fills & PnL. Trade Activity Log missing fills filtered data

Morning Using SC DOM, my orders, fills and P/L are not showing. Orders, positions and fills were not on chart with Chart Trade Mode On. Trade Activity Log only shows data if "All Activity" filter is selected. I normally use the "Fills" filter and that is empty. I am not aware of any changes I may have inadvertently made. Closed SC thinking this might fix the issue. I had live orders in the market and I pushed past the dialog box that opened on close request. The orders cancelled out. DOM/Chart still missing trade data afetr restart. Updated my SC version and restarted. Orders after the version update show on Chart but ALL fills are still missing on Chart/ Trade Activity log. I tried to search the support board for some kind of reset and cannot find. Suggestions please and thanks. |

If you are certain that there were fills that were in Sierra Chart, but are not showing now, then the filters at the top of the Trade Activity Log must not be setup properly. Refer to the following for how the filters work: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Also check your "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Order Fills Start Date-Time" and make sure this is set where you want (or not set at all). But it sounds like this may be what is filtering out your fills. Thanks Attempting to minimize the original post, I omitted that I checked toggled all Trade Activity filters. I only ever change the Symbol. That said, "All activity" is shows today's data. "Fills" Filter is my default and that is still empty. Under Chart Settings, "Order Fills Star Date-Time" is set to default (blank for all). I had checked this also from reading prior support threads. In addition, prior day activity is showing as normal. I suspect this is just not going to work today. I also restarted by Interactive Broker TWS and that prodcued no change. |

John I just executed a third trade for the day. All functions and data showing as normal. First two trades still missing as discussed. Not worth chasing I suppose. Will advise if this happens again. |

You mention that this is with Interactive Brokers, and there are all kinds of issues with them, including missing orders.
