I have been using SMS alerts for years, but a few months ago they just stopped working. I enabled alerts on my SMS control panel account and in Sierra Charts, but I'm not sure what the issue is, help. Thank you.

We need more information. Is this just the SMS portion of the alert that is not working, or are alerts not working at all?

Yes, just SMS alerts aren't working.
