If my SC instance time zone is set for Eastern though my chart time zone is set to Central,

I am asking b/c I set to trade the chart at 14:00 only (14:00-14:59) b/c based on the historical activity log I have an edge there (good or bad this is another discussion) but now, although it is set to trade at 14:00, in the activity log, i see the trades on time 15:00-15:59

In the activity log, which time zone is displayed on the "period_stats"--> "hour of day"?

so I am asking which of the following should I do?
1. Shift the time set to trade 1 hour back
2. Adjust the chart time from cet. to est

thanks

The time zone of the Trade Activity Log is according to Global Settings >>Time Zone Settings.

Whatever you want to do is up to you.
