question before switching to Teton order routing

hi, im planning on starting live trade this month i have a few newbie questions, right now i have CQG order routing with AMP broker, will use Denali data feed for Teton order routing, 1) i remember reading before that i need to have fund in my SC account balance to pay for something when using Teton and its web trading panel, i forgot what it was for but cant find the post anymore. I am only going to use Teton web trading panel to exit a position in case of emergency. 2) For this setup, AMP Broker > Teton > Denali, do i need to have fund in my SC account? can the balance stay 0 for the entire trading month? 3) because this is going to be my first time, am i right that all fees related to a trade will be billed by AMP? thank you |

Regarding all of these questions you do need a paid Sierra Chart account. We would have to check, you might be able to submit an order through the web trading panel without a paid Sierra Chart account, but otherwise you do need a paid account. just to understand more, for my setup, AMP > Teton > Denali, what fees would be incurred on the SC side, that ill have to pay out of SC account? besides the monthly software and denali fees. like any per transaction fees? im new also if it matters ill only be using the web trading panel for exiting contracts in case of emergency. i wont enter a position with it. wonder if by using Teton order routing ill have to prop up my SC account on a regular basis, im forgetful. |

Instead of the CQG WebAPI AMP could put you onto Teton Order Routing Service without Sierra Chart's intervention; when AMP Futures has added you to the Teton Order Routing Service, your set-up instructions begin with step #5 here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions Your recurring costs on the Sierra Chart side would not change, also your Order Routing cost at AMP, the $0.10 per contract per side that you are charged for each contract executed via the CQG WebAPI, that would go away. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices&UserID=166863 |
