Can't download depth for any 6S CME contracts

Hello, downloading any other CME futures depth works all fine but Im not able to download any historical depth for 6S CME contracts like 6SU23_FUT_CME or 6SM23_FUT_CME. I can record a live record which gets stored in a .depth file like it should and is visible on chart but the menu tool 'Download Depth Data from Date-Time' just has no effect here. Also no log in the Message Log window is created. I have no clue anymore what to do best regards |
