I recently made the decision to try Jigsaw. My broker is AMP. I want to again use Sierra. I let my Sierra Chart account lapse. I assume I can just refund my account to resolve that aspect correct? But, when I first started using Jigsaw I still had a funded Sierra account. I thought I could just not start up Jigsaw and then I should be able to use Sierra. When I tried that I ran into connection errors. Can you point me to details on how to get Sierra working again and perhaps be able to switch back and forth between the two. I know I will need to fund both Sierra and AMP for the Jigsaw connection. How can I get Sierra working again? |

Yes - since you have package 11 already selected for your account, so once you have $46.00 in your Services Surplus with us, the system will automatically take out the $46.00 in exchange for 1 month of Package 11. We assume that you are setup to use CQG for your order routing with AMP. The first thing is to follow the instructions at the following link for how to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions In terms of connectivity with both Jigsaw and Sierra Chart, that is an issue with CQG. We believe you can only have one connection to your account at a time, so you can not connect both Jigsaw and Sierra Chart at the same time. But double check this with AMP/CQG and see if this is the case. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
