Trade Account Monitor not maintaining size nor position

Hello Support,

Just to let you know that Sierra Chart is not memorizing the size and position of the "Trade Account Monitor" window.

In fact, every time I open SC that window is missing so I have to reopen it manually and when it appears it comes with the default size and position. I have to resize and reposition it every day.

I upgraded today for version 2540, but the issue persists.

All the other windows are working fine.


Edit: Correction - I saw this morning that after upgrading to version 2540, the window is not missing anymore, but its size and location still goes back to default.

This is definitively a system issue, the size and the position, and also the visibility state is definitively maintained and we cannot reproduce the problem.


This is definitely a system issue on your side. We have a huge amount of experience with this, this is definitively a system issue on your side. It is not a Sierra Chart problem at all and there is nothing we can do.

Thank you for your reply.

All the other windows I always keep open (Trade Activity Log, Trade Orders, Trade Positions, Quote Board and all the charts) don't have any problem. This one never had any problem too until now.

Knowing that, do you still think this problem just with the "Trade Account Monitor" window is coming from my side?

If so, could you please provide any information what I should do to fix it?

Try using another computer and see if you have the problem.

Another thing to do is to reset the window placement by using Window >> Reset Windows.
