Hello it is impossible for me to use a prop firm with Sierra . I am at Apex, it connects and it is impossible to have the history up to date or even to place an order. How to do it ?

The problem is you are getting data from Rithmic and there are known issues with Rithmic historical data. The reason you are not able to access the Denali Data Feed and CME data which you have active is for this reason: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Don't use Rithmic for market data. You are asking for trouble. Use the Denali data feed. Rithmic will only handle your executions to Apex. I trade 3 funded accounts at Apex as well as other companies, and Denali is the way to go without question.
