Hello: Is there any way to pro rate and move up my Sierra Chart package renewal date to match my monthly CME fees due date. For example, my Sierra Chart renewal package 11 date will be October 11th, 2023. And my CME fees due date will probably be September 30th, 2023. I would like, if possible, to move back my package renewal date to the 30th of September. I like to pay for the 6 months so that I can receive the discount. And I'll add 6 months of the CME fees in surplus. If there's any increases I'll make the adjustment and add them to my surplus. Thank you, |

The issue is that even if you bring them in sync for a particular month, they will eventually get out of sync, as the renewal periods are different. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so your renewal for an exchange is always the first day of the month. The Sierra Chart software renews on a rolling 31 day period, so even if you had it set to the first day of a month, when any month without 31 days rolls around, the renewal date will shift by 1 day.
