Problems installing Sierra Chart

Hello,
Firstly, thank you for your help. I am trying to install Sierra Chart into my PC. However, after a few minutes of downloading a window pops up saying. "Error saving downloaded files to local system. Stopping Installation. Check log. Press Install to retry.

I am using a windows 11 version that I downloaded through Parallels on my Mac.

Any help would be greatly appreciate it, thank you again, looking forward to an answer.

This is a problem with how the emulator you are using handles the file system. You need to use the Zip installer to get the program installed. Refer to the following:
