Time periods duplicating in footprint chart

Hello, My footprint chart is duplicating 10:40-11:00am time periods for today's session. I have tried reload and recalculate as well as restarting sierra charts and this issue still persists. Exit from Sierra Chart and using your file system window, go to the folder to which you have installed Sierra Chart. Go into the 'Data' folder underneath the main folder. Within that folder find the file named 'ESU23_FUT_CME.scid'. Delete this file from your system. Restart Sierra Chart and open your chartbooks. The data will have to be redownloaded, so it could take a few minutes to do this. Let us know if this fixes the issue. Hello User 465646, I love that bar chart with numbers, similar to Market Delta. I haven't been able to configure it like that. Would you be so kind as to share the chart or the study parameters with me? Thank you. |
