When I open the task manager in my computer, click in the [performance tab] and then I run a internet speed download test on any website, I can see my ethernet card hitting >500Mbps download. While using Sierra Chart, when I download a historical TPO Profile Chart Study, 1 single period of 2 years data, I can see in the same task manager, in the [performance tab] that the same ethernet card is running at <50Mbps, which is incredibly slower compare to the download test. What can I do to download faster from your server?, currently is 10% of my bandwidth, Is there any other option/server I can use? even if I need to pay for the faster connection. Thanks for your time and feedback. |

Also, you would have to ensure that you were actually downloading the data from our servers and not just loading it from your drive.
