Hello, trying to get connected to my APEX through my laptop. My PC is setup and is working perfectly for it but my laptop is not. I'm currently signed for package 11 and have signed up for all the agreements and extra packages for FUTURES (CME/NYMEX etc.) Help me connect please.

If you are trying to connect from both systems at the same time, this will be a problem for several reasons: 1) The Denali Exchange Data Feed only allows for a single computer to be connected at a time, unless you pay an additional exchange fee to have 2 computers connected (the most you can have is 2). Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously 2) The Rithmic servers may not allow for multiple connections to the same account from different computers. You should check this with APEX and/or Rithmic to know for sure. -- If the problem is that you are not able to connect at all from your laptop, then make sure you have gone through the Setup Instructions for Rithmic on your laptop.
