I can`t purchase the usage time for Sierracharts

I use Visa virtual card (Visa virtuon) for internet payments, but i can`t purchase usage time with this card. Transaction failed. Reason: Refused. Fields of contact information in my account are complete.

Hello again. Thank you for assistance with extending the usage time for my account, but I still can`t to make the payment for package 5 ($40) of SierraCharts. I have an error "REFUSED" by payment. We have looked into this. What appears like is that the card issuer is refusing the payment. Have you tried using PayPal? To make a PayPal payment: 1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu . 2. On the displayed Account Management web page, click on "Payment Form for Sierra Chart Usage Time". 3.
