I've noticed that attached orders which are submitted using "Send attached orders by Position/Price" cannot later be modified by "Move Attached Stops to Price" or "Move Targets to price". Please see my steps below to reproduce the behavior: To reproduce: Scenario 1: 1. Enter a single buy order & let it fill so you have a position. (Do not use attached orders with the single order) 2. Click "Send attached orders by Position". The lmt & stop orders will be created as expected. 3. Wait until the market has moved away from your position sufficiently 4. Click either "Move Attached Stops to Price", or "Move Targets to Price". Observed behavior: The attached orders are not adjusted. Scenario 2: 1. Enter a buy order with attached orders. Let it fill so you have a position. 2. Wait until the market has moved away from your position sufficiently 3. Click either "Move Attached Stops to Price", or "Move Targets to Price". Observed behavior: The attached orders are adjusted. When I check the orders in the Trade Order log, I can see a difference in the fields between Scenario 1 & 2. Scenario 1: Open/Close field is null for attached orders Scenario 2: Open/Close fields is "Close" for attached orders Can you check this behavior? Thanks |

We will look this over as soon as we can. The basic problem is that these orders are not actually considered Attached Orders when they are submitted without a parent order.

It is a nice to have feature because there are time when I need to cancel the attached orders & put them back. For example, I have a position I want to hold through a major report. I do not want to be stopped out during price swings. However, when I want to 'put back the attached orders' later, SC doesn't recognize them as attached and the advanced order functions are lost (ie: BE stop, moving attached order keyboard shortcuts). I think even scaling out of the position is affected. Thanks.

There will be a new setting added to the Chart Trade Settings to also support moving independent OCO orders with these commands to move Targets or Stops to a particular price.
