data missing in ES charts

Kindly note there is a missing piece of data on ESU23 TPO, quarterly, monthly and weekly charts between 14th and 24th of july 23, software is on 2457. It happened as I was on july 14th loaded the data with the new subscription, and the next login was on 24th , and this missing piece was not loaded, even with everyday's reload of data. Iam on service package 11 with denali data feed. P.S this happens regularly with ES only Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-08-10 17:28:20
