Ask/Bid Market Orders Column not showing data

I have the 12 plan and have had this working for a long time, recently it stopped showing any data. I have done a ton of troubleshooting steps and have followed all of the setup directions but still I am getting nothing. Any ideas on what I could be missing?

For the CME Group data, you are not setup to get any Market Depth data, which is required in order to get the Market by Order data. Right now, you have the "Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active, which does not include Market Depth data.

If you have been looking at data for other exchanges, then you would have been getting the Delayed Streaming Data, which would include the Market by Order data. This is the only thing we can think of in terms of your stating that it was working recently.

Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they do not give refunds. Therefore, for any exchange that you activate, you will pay the full price for the remainder of the month. And any exchange that you "deactivate" is set to not renew for the following month, but you still have access to the data through the end of the current month as there are no refunds.
