Can't display my daily order fills

Hi, I have an issue, order fills not display on my chart, I've check in my trade log history is good, I'm connected to the same data feed as I traded, same account, but on my chart (NQ) it's display DPL : 0 and on my trade window for this symbol it's DPL : 63, I don't know why the connection it's not established, thanks

Each Trade Window is associated with a specific chart. It sounds like the Trade Window you are viewing may not be for that specific chart. In addition, if the option for "Trade >> Only Orders From Chart" is selected, then you will only see the orders that are generated on that specific chart. At the top of the Trading Window it gives the Chart # that it is associated with. You can use that to find the specific chart. Another option would be to select "M >> Attach Trade Window to Chart Window" on the Trade Window and then find the chart that has the attached trade window. Do you only have the 1 DOM in that Chartbook and no other charts?

On the Chart that you have displayed that shows the DPL as 0.00, select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart". This will open and attach a Trade Window to that specific chart. Then, on that attached trade window for that chart, check the Trade Account and make sure it is set the same as the Trade Window that is floating and associated with the Trading DOM that shows a DPL of 63.25. We see the Trade Account starts with "APEX-62591-22" We do not know if there is more. Refer to the following for how to set the Trade Account: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Also, on that chart and on the Trading DOM, select the "Trade" menu at the top and make sure the option for "Only Orders from Chart" is not enabled (does not have a checkmark).
