Missing Data on ES (Sept 2023) for 7/31?

I use CQG as my data feed and looking at the F.US.EPU23 (ES Sept 2023) chart today on 7/31, there seems to be a big gap in data today between 12:35 PST - 12:53 PST? Not sure if this is a CQG or Sierra Chart issue?
