DOM Bars inside buy and sell columns of Price Axis

First Question; I remember a long time ago, putting DOM bar graphs inside the buy and sell columns of the price axis DOM. Is this still possible - if so - How do I put that graph inside the DOM? -- Second Question: Side question. Have yall ever thought about distinguishing bids that have been sitting at one price for 3 or more bars, versus bids that constantly move around? Is this something you might work on later? I'd love to be able to use DOM so I can see who is a bot and who is retail. |

1) If you are referring to a volume profile, then refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Show Volume Bars (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns) If it is something else, then we need additional information 2) This is not something that has been asked for that we can remember. So it is definitely not something that is near the top of our "to-do" list. I believe I remember being able to put a DOM graph, inside the sell and buy columns of the DOM. The graph itself, was underlaid beneath the numbers in the DOM - Not on the price chart. Its not a big deal if I don't have the graph, so dont sweat it. Maybe I dreamed it or something. Although, as for the Stable Bids Asks in the DOM, it might be interest to remove all that HFT action. We are not sure exactly what you mean by a "DOM Graph". The item that we have that is called this puts lines to the side of the DOM, not in it. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Draw DOM Graph On Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> DOM Graph menu) The other thing that we think you may be referring to is the grid. Refer to the following for how to display a grid in the DOM: Global Trade Settings Windows: Extend Chart Horizontal Grid onto Chart DOM (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
