AMP-Sierra connection issue

Hi
I just bought Denali - Service 10 package.
However, when i connect with my AMP brokerage account, it shows error message with no data (see attached)

Please help.

Are you still seeing these errors? We see that you do have the necessary exchanges active.

Be sure to deactivate what you do not need:

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".
