I paid for package 11 and my data is delayed in the DOM and the charts I'm trying to trade futures my broker is AMP. what do I need to do next?

Package 11 does not give you the real-time data. You still have to go through the setup for the specific exchanges you want and eventually activate (and pay for) those exchanges.
