Hello, I need realtime MBO data for Gold(XAUUSD) preferably from CME. Which service(s) do I need to enable and how ? Best Regards, Ali |

The first thing you need to understand is that the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the "non-professional" exchange fees. Refer to the information at the following link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have an account that qualifies for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Once you have the above worked out, then you need to change your package selection to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Package 11 is the equivalent of Package 5 that you have now, but it allows you to be able to activate the exchanges for real-time data and to connect to an external trading account. To change your package, go to the "Activate Services" page and in the section for "Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled":" select the specific package you want in the pulldown to the left then select the "Update/Set" button. You can access the Choose Service Package directly at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage You can change your package at any time, and when you do we adjust the remaining Usage Time in your account based on the difference in price for the packages. So if you change to a higher priced package, your Usage Time will go down, and vice versa.
