Hi, I am using SC for close to 3 years and used chart reply in past. I am using SC denali and using SC in trading evaluator mode. I only have 3 cahrts (5/15/60 min) . I changed my 5 min chart "Days to download" to 180 to be able to replay last 6 months on 5 min chart. there are two issues 1) lot of tick data is missing from jan to april 2023 2) SC ALWAYS chrashes withhin 1 min of chartbook load. i can see GPU usage hopping to 100 and then to zero. except for moving averages overlay from 60 min to 5 min, there is no other study in my chartbook. i have otehr chartbooks with 5-20 days of intraday data and they all are working fine. only when i load chart replay chartbook with 180 days, system crashes. any idea how i can fix this issue? |

For issue 1, follow the instructions at the following link: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart For issue 2, we do not know, as this should not occur. The first thing to always do in a situation like this is to update to the latest release to ensure that this is not something that has been already fixed. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update If you still have an issue, then we need to know what kind of replay are you running, and for how many charts?
