Can't add any columns to DOM.

I want to add columns to my DOM. I opened up my chart for NQU23, as well as the DOM that goes with it. I went to "Trade">>>"Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns" and then added the columns I want. I then hit apply, but the columns did not show up on the DOM. I pressed okay and closed out as well, which also didn't work. Why won't the changes apply???

You are not opening the correct window. For the Trade DOM, you need to select "Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns" from the menus on the Trade DOM itself. Selecting it from the main Sierra Chart window only affects the attached chart.
