Viewing bids and offers with symbol price format change

I'd like to change the yen futures (6J) price format from .0072035 to 72035. I can do this by modifying the price multiplier, price format, and tick size, and it works as expected. However, when I do this, the bids and offers on my DOM disappear, presumably since they haven't been changed. What can I do so that bids and offers match the newly reformatted price (and obviously, in such a way that I can still place orders as expected)? This seems like a basic question, but I could not find anything in the docs or forum about it.

Is there any reason you can't use the feature linked below?
Chart Settings: Limit Price Displayed to N Right Characters (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Display Items menu)

This is really what I was looking for, thanks! My only complaint is that it does not shrink the price column width, which was the core reason I was hoping to do this. So, removing the leading 3 or 4 characters does not make the column narrower. But, I am still happy to have the leading zeroes gone. Thanks again!

We need to check on this. What particular Multiplier setting are you using? The Real-time Price Multiplier will also affect the market depth prices.

I am using the real-time price multiplier, set to '1'. JPY_original.png shows the original settings and DOM with depth, JPY_modified.png shows the modified settings without depth.

To troubleshoot I set the price multiplier to 0.00001 (original is 0.000001). As you can see in JPY3.png, the depths are below at the original prices (0.007xxx), which seems to indicate that the bids/offer prices are not being multiplied along with the last traded price.

We do see a problem and we are determining the cause.

It actually relates to a performance improvement. The multiplier that is being used for depth comes from the Global Symbol Settings. And the prices are adjusted in a common location in another thread.

I have updated the global symbol settings and the chart symbol settings to work around the bug you mentioned earlier. However, the Recent Bid/Ask columns are not showing any data (see attached).

That may very well be a problem. Not sure there is any solution we can easily do for that. It will have to be looked into later. But make sure you are running latest prerelease.

We can close this off now. Between last time I looked and now, I've restarted SC, and either that or the data feed reconnecting seems to have fixed the issue described in the most recent post.
