If I already have a Rithmic data subscription for Bookmap, am I able to use that data subscription for Sierra Charts?

In theory - yes. Meaning that we can bring in and display data from Rithmic. What we are not certain about is whether this would count as multiple connections and you may not be able to get the data to both systems at the same time. This is something you would have to try, or you would have to ask Rithmic (or your broker) about this.
