Why do the charts for the same symbols look slightly different?

I'm currently using Denali Data feed on two separate instances, one with Edgeclear using Teton order routing, and the other with interactive brokers. The chart settings are identical on both charts for NG, same rollover rules, session times etc. However some of the details of the highs and lows of some of the candles are different between the two charts. Why could this be? I also noticed that with the instance using Teton, my symbol shows up as NGQ23, whereas the IB instance shows NG-202308-NYMEX. I'm just trying to understand these differences. With regards to the symbols, each "service" uses a different set of symbols. So it will be different depending on what service you are connected to.
