Hello there, i am not able to see Depth of market on the Chart (for example Apple). What i already tried without success: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels I think its because of my current trial version, but i am not sure and thats why i am asking here Greetings |

We have two different data feeds for U.S. Equities. 1. U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape: Has consolidated volume from all exchanges for an instrument, but does not have Market Depth data. 2. NASDAQ TotalView: Only has volume from NASDAQ exchange, but does include Market Depth Data. Therefore, if you are entering the symbol as the standard ticker, then you are getting the data from our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape". In order to get the Market Depth data, you have to add a suffix of "-NQTV" to specify the data is from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange, such as "AAPL-NQTV". You are not going to get market depth at all during a trial for stocks. You need to paid Sierra Chart account and you have to pay the NASDAQ TotalView exchange fee.

Thanks for the clarification, i was Looking for that but didnt find anything. Thats why i only could get one level of market depth. Is there any way to get access to while having a trial to test the DOM out? |
