Not receiving all NQ Market Depth Data

I am trying to view all data from all exchanges for NQ including market depth in the DOM. I have a funded trading account, but i still get this text in the log

I purchased the full CME group with market depth (non-professional) but i still dont see all data even after the integration to trade service.

I have followed the instructions to setting up the denali feed and for integration with trade service but it seems that not all market depth is displayed.

I purchased the CBOT exchange by itself and it did increase the numbers in the market depth. I assume i am not viewing all exchanges still.

Am i missing an additional package or is the current package set up wrong to view all market depth for NQ?

How many levels of Market Depth are you seeing for NQ? Can you give us a screenshot?

We have actually cancelled the extra exchanges that you do not have activated at the moment. This will help to ensure that there is not a conflict with the various exchange options that you had active.

Note that the exchanges do not give refunds, so although we have cancelled the exchanges, there is nothing we can refund.

Here is the screenshot of the current DOM. The market depth levels are currently set to 200. At price level, in comparison to lets say tradingview dom level 2, the current bid and ask are not accurate.

They are much lower since im assuming im not seeing all data from all exchanges.

As far as the refund I completely understand, my main concern is to see all exchange data so these are actions im responsible for.

That is the correct data. There is no other exchange to get the data from, for the CME Group there is just the one exchange (CME for the NQ).

We can not help with questions about comparisons to other systems. But you are welcome to check with the exchange to check our Market Depth against what they state.

Got it, so the "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" and "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts" is really all that is needed to receive full and accurate market depth for NQ futures then?
