Auto Trade Short Error

Using auto trade, had a short take place that should not have. Would it make sense to run a trade analysis on what triggered the short? It looks like the Buy Exit executed properly, but there was a sell stop close by. Could the Buy Exit and Sell Stop have executed at the same time? If that is the case, please explain how to prevent that from happening?

The way you prevent this, is do not use more than one order at a time.
