Hello,

I am subscribing real time data package [Denali - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts]
I have funded trading account with InteractiveBrokers (I activated it as trading account only today, but funds were there since few weeks)
Connection to InteractiveBrokers is working.

Below questions concern real time data feed which seems not to work all the time. Thanks in advance for guiding me on the settings I need to use:

1. When chosing "SC data_all services" the platform says data feed is delayed (see below link to prinscreen)

2. When I apply "Allow support for Sierra Chart data feeds" it seems that I get real data (could you check below prinscreen and confirm if it is real data feed?)

3. With regards to point 2 above, if I keep "Allow support for Sierra Chart data feeds" set to "YES" is it interfering with anything (e.g. problems with orders routing, symbols or anything else related to order creating and execution by Broker)?

4. When I change "Selected service" to Interactive Brokers and click "YES" to translate the symbols in open chartbooks (see here: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1689023827498.png
), the data cannot be downloaded unless "Allow support for Sierra Chart data feeds" is set to "YES" (see here: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1689024011429.png)

This means that theoretically I have to keep the setting for "Allow support for Sierra Chart data feeds" as "YES" all the time?

Thank you in advance for your feedback and support.

Regards,

Jaromir

2. Yes you do need to have that enabled for real-time data.

3. No.

4. Yes:
