Chart DOM data not working with IBKR/denali Exchange data feed

Hi, I am setting up my chart DOM data using customize CHart/Trade DOM. I am connecting using IBKR and allowing sierra chart data feed for charting. I have denali data feed - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. I am using it for E-Mini Future contract. When connected via IBKR, only 10 column for Bid size/Buy Column and for Ask size/sell column are available. Which I expect to be the full book since I have denali data feed. While using directly denali data feed, complete chart DOM is empty. This is somehow confusing. I have attached the picture for both cases along with the customize setting. What could be the reason for this? Thanks in advance. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Hi, I followed the steps mentioned in the link, but it did not help me. Anyhow, I found out the reason why market depth is limited, but dont know how to solve it. I chart E-Mini future contract but trade Micro Future contract, by using 'Trade and Current Quote Symbol (Action)'. I have following configuration, Symbol (Action) : ES-202309-CME Trade and Current Quote Symbol (Action) : MES-202309-CME With above configuration, market depth is limited to 10/11 values. But when I remove 'Trade and Current Quote Symbol (Action)' then I get the complete market depth. |

I have followed each and every item given in the link. Basically, its all default set to 0, I have not changed them anyways. Yes, for individual chart (MES) the market depth is complete, I also noticed that. But when I combine it i.e. Symbol (Action) : ES-202309-CME with Trade and Current Quote Symbol (Action): MES-202309-CME, then I dont receive complete market depth. I made a change to my symbol format, where I added option currency format i.e. ES-202309-CME-USD and MES-202309-CME-USD. I can see the market depth as per my expectations. But again here problem is that, historical data for Number charts went to 0*0 and at each reopening of the chart book 'Symbol setting not found for current service' message is received. But for number bars, from where I made the change data can be received. I am attaching an image for further reference. I dont know if this is ok to execute trades, when such message is displayed at opening of the chart/chartbook, I guess not. |

OK. Then without the USD in the format, I dont receive the market depth. What could be the solution? or a work around for such issue?

You do not receive market depth for what specific symbol? Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Let me try again to explain the issue. I am using Chart > Chart setting > Symbol > Symbol (Action) : Es-202309-CME Trade and Current Quote Symbol (Action) : MES-202309-CME I do this, because I want to chart ES Future but want to trade Micro Future MES. Now, Since I use this Trade and Current Quote Symbol (with MES), I dont get the market depth. If I dont use Trade and Current Quote Symbol (With MES), then I get the market depth. For reference, you can take the image from my last post, I use it for number bars with above mentioned configuration. |
