Hello,

Based on what I read, I understand that real time data for EUREX is included in the service package 10. Is this correct?
I am now testing if it works with DAX futures contract [FDAXU23-EUREX] and see notification in SierraChart's application's top bar that data is delayed (see printscreen).

I have just signed all necessary agreements for EUREX and also testing this during the weekend. Could this be the reason for data to be displayed as "delayed"?
If not, are there any extra steps I need to take to enjoy free EUREX data feed?

Thank you in advance for your feedback and support.

No absolutely not:

Why would you think this. The EUREX charges an exchange fee for real-time data. You should know that.

There is no other step, the exchange charges for data and you have to pay for this data!

If not, are there any extra steps I need to take to enjoy free EUREX data feed?

Hello,

thank you for your feedback. The reason I thought I have real time data is because this is what SierraChart shows (see below printscreen)

So, my question is. What does it mean if I see "Real time" next to Futures-EUREX?

Thank you in advance for your feedback and support

It means that real-time data is supported for that particular symbol. Not that you have it.
