I missed a payment on my account on denali data fees I have now paid it and activate it but it says reconnecting can you please fix that guys for me.

What exactly is stating "reconnecting"?

Everything on your account looks fine. If the Status Bar is showing "Reconnecting" and not changing, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:
