Customize keyboard shortcut not transferring to charts

hi, i just setup my customized keyboard short cuts under global settings but it isn't changing on my market profile tools section....i only see the changes on my other chart that was connected to the global settings window. how do i get the shortcuts to show up on my other charts? thx see attached for context |

We are not understanding the particular issue here. Did you change Keyboard Shortcuts for some of the Tools and these changes are not showing in a particular chart?
