Trading /NQU3 contracts, took two trades out of the open without any issue. On my next trade, my order did not fill, and just sits there with the tag: B|Lmt|Held|0. I tried using a different account as well as a practice account, and same thing. Did I accidentally fat finger a command? If so, how can I fix it? Thank you!

This is a Held order. We are not totally sure what caused it to be held.
