Yesterday July 3 I changed my F.US.MESU23 charts to Continuous Contract and signed the CBOT and CME Non-Professional Agreements as required. I was charged $13 for each agreement for a total of $26. But I had previously signed the agreements. So now I'm out $26 and have no idea if the chats are now really CONTINUOUS.
Do I have to set the charts Back to the previous period MESM23 to get it working properly?
thanks

To begin with, you do not need to fill out the agreements for each exchange within the CME Group. Just the one time for each top-level exchange (CME Group, EUREX, CFE, etc. - all have different agreements that need to be signed).

Second, you were not charged anything when you signed the agreements. The only time you are charged is when you activate an exchange.

Third, your exchange fees total $12.75 and renewed on July 1. Again, you were not charged anything recently for these, and there are no charges for $26.00 on your account recently. You can view the transactions for your account by selecting the link for "View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts" on the Control Panel for your account on our website. In terms of the Continuous Contract, refer to the instructions here:
