Hi, I got my code to highlight the background on stochastic cross however would prefer having dots/circle on low/diamond/arrow instead at the spot on bottom stochastics cross. I've attempted to do this but am unable to get the dots to show up vs background coloring which I find too busy. I'm looking for times there are 2-3 crosses in an extended market near each other. I find this signal pretty reliable but don't want the stochastics part of chart too big in order to be able to actually SEE these crosses. In summary I don't want to color the background but instead want a colored dot near %k or d showing the cross will look cleaner and less distracting to my eye. |

It looks like you are using the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" study. If this is the case, then refer to the following: Color Bar Based on Alert Condition: Drawing Arrows/Text or Other Styles at the High or Low of Bars For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, Thank you for the response and I can do that but what I want to do is show the arrows/circle on SubGraph2 where the Stochastic indicator is. I've set it to subgraph 2 and tried changing many of the settings but can't ever get any markings to show on bottom subgraph2 for example. Can this be done? How? |

What do you mean by "Subgraph 2"? We need more information. Also, you can specify the location of the information being displayed through the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" by setting the Input for "Output when Condition is True" to "Study Subgraph Reference". Then enter the appropriate reference in the "Study Subgraph Reference Value when True". Hi, I thought it was clear from previous pic where if stochastic crossed UP background was green and when down red. Instead of coloring background I want a circle or triangle/diamond or whatever to mark the stochastics indicator which is on one of the bottom panes. |

I hid the background coloring to show just the diamonds. I manually added this with drawing tools but want to have them showup on alert condition.

We are not understanding the issue. Is the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition set to be in Region 2? If so, then you should not be having any issues as long as everything else is setup properly.
