SC historical intraday data for SFE not working?

Hi there, for some reason I cant seem to get any SC intraday data for the SFE (SPI and interest rate futures) although i can get this fine on SC intraday US treasury futures data. Also, when i trade download IR YT XT futures i get this error from IB HD Request # 436 - Message from IB: Warning: IR product is trading on the basis other than currency price. IB Error Code: 2121. On another note will Sierra chat market data be support SFE products in the next month or two? (SPI, IB, IR, XT, YT)

The data provider we work with, does not provide any historical Intraday or real-time data for these symbols: On another note will Sierra chat market data be support SFE products in the next month or two? (SPI, IB, IR, XT, YT)
Only historical Daily data. You can get this data from Interactive Brokers and we can help you resolve any error messages with that. See our previous response.
