CGQ web api trading with denali data

Hello, I'm trying to setup CQG web api for trading with denali feed. In the data trade service settings I've set current selected service to CQG trading and put in my information. I'm not sure how to connect my charts to my denali feed however. They're all black and just tell me download failed, historical data only supported with sierra chart feed. Where am I going wrong? thank you. |

You have not activated any exchanges in order to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? CME for specifically /ES futures. I've gone ahead and reactivated the CME exchange. Now my problem seems to be my charts. For some reason they're stuck at today 10:10am while the current time is 12:45.
